Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
- Small items (collars, toys, treat pouches, costumes): about 1–3 weeks
- Larger items (beds, mats, feeders, water fountains): about 2–4 weeks
- Furniture (cat trees): about 4–8 weeks
These are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times can vary with the carrier, the time of year and customs checks.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking details. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels from different locations.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We can't change an address once an order has shipped.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived by the end of the estimated delivery time, contact us with your order number and we'll follow it up with the supplier.
